Timber Privacy Window with Plantation Shutter

This window is currently located in an ensuite and has a winder opening.

Window does not currently open as winder is stiff due to lack of use

The window has had a frosted privacy film placed over it which may removed.

Glass is single glaze and is stamped Standard Pilkington Glass

The plantation shutter is white and in a box frame

Condition of Window:  – Good however does have some weathering on outside so will need a sand and paint.  The winder opening will all need to be greased to open with ease

Condition of Shutter – Very Good only installed 3 years ago

Window Measures: 720 mm wide x 1130 mm high x 120 mm deep

Shutter In Frame Measures:  740 mm wide x 1160mm high

Shutter Alone: 655 mm wide x 1070 mm high x 30 mm deep

Buyer to remove item & to bring required tools

Please bring battery operated tools as no power on site

You will need to bring own helpers to assist with removal & loading

Location for pick up is CAMBERWELL, VIC 3124

Pick up on Saturday 16^th January 2021.

This is a building site so appropriate footwear must be worn & no children

Or pets will be allowed on site.
